Xesmond felt very much like a TV series tie-in which I assume it was and wasn't necessarily particularly 'in manwatchkng, but Morris did make this a very approachable introduction to sociology - talking about cultural differences, gender differences, and a variety of other areas in the context of subtle signals and gestures etc.
